I made these little chocolate pots for a vegan Christmas buffet I put on at work. Considering I threw it together on the spot, they came out pretty well!
Boozy Chocolate Pudding Shot Pots
1/2 can full fat coconut milk
200g semi-sweet chocolate
4-5 tbsp Besos De Oro/vegan Baileys
1 tbsp maple syrup
Vegan squirty cream
Sweet Freedom Choc Shot
Heat the coconut milk in a pan until it’s warmed through, then remove from the heat and add the chocolate, Besos De Oro and maple syrup and leave to stand for a couple of minutes. Stir it all together once the chocolate has completely melted, then pour into shot glasses and leave to set in the fridge. Once set, top with squirty cream (I used Soyatoo) and drizzle with Choc Shot, preferably the coconut one. Serve and enjoy!
